Finished

I've finished going through the entire second draft revision. There are a couple of lines of text which didn't appear during my play through. Some of them look like they are used in co-op or when playing as different characters. A few other lines look like text from after beating the game.

On a side note: The mini-game Xexex that you can play in the circus area contains text that is not in the script. It is very unlikely that I will be able to hack it as straightforward as the rest of the script.

To Area 6

I finished the script to the beginning of area 6. Still havn't run into anything unexpected yet.

To Area 4

I finished all the text up to area 4 and most of the way through it. I found out that the boss of area 1 probably wasn't missing any text, I just didn't dump it from the correct spots in the ROM. That means that the only text missing is from the cutscenes between each area. I would say that at this point a little more than 50% of the text has been adjusted and ready for play through. Just 2 more areas to go before I finish my run through of the game!

Through Area 3

Big update today. I played all the way through area 2 and started working on area 3. Unlike my previous thoughts, area 2 didn't have a robot battle which means NO MISSING TEXT! WHOOOOO!!!! ^_^

The cutscene text must all be in a different place though. Hopefully I can make a run through it once I finish the game.

Missing Script

During the boss battle in the first area, I found that about half the text he was saying did not appear in my script. The weird part was, half of it did. I am going to play until the second boss and see if the same is true with that one.

Back to Work

I fixed a couple of nuances today by getting inspiration from Goemons Great Adventure on the N64. Currently working on playing through the game. The script for the 1st town is finished.
